secured / Unsecured proof of claims. can we file by may 7 to get our money back? ?

I am far from being a lawyer but found this explanation on one site...
Shareholders are individuals who invest in a publicly traded company, while stakeholders have an interest in the company.
Stakeholders include employees, business partners and customers. People who are shareholders are stakeholders, but not vice versa.
#6 on the above mentioned March 9th document "restructure it's business with a view to maximizing value for stakeholders and creditors"
I don't recall the monitor contacting me with a promise of 100 cents return as per #7; the unsecured creditors get this...
