GASFRAC Announces Agreement for the Sale of Substantially All Operating Assets and Related Technology and CCAA Update
Unless I'm wrong, which I do not think I am
The Company will still exist upon completion of the Sale of Operating Assets and Technology
This means--- The Tax Loss still is in the Gasfrac name which has considerable value
What are the stockholders rights and potential value of shares?
Guessing what is and what is not will just frustrate everyone.

I still own thousands of shares of GSFVF thru my U.S. Scottrade Account
Upon completion of the sale of the operating assets and related technology, what can we shareholders expect in way of a time frame to settle the entire business and determine what the shareholders might receive for their shares?
My understanding is that the Company will still be intact, however with no operating assets and technolgy/patents sold. It seems inevitable that the company will be closing its doors totally
Will there be a 1st quarter 2015 accounting and the 2014 end of year as was normally published by no later than the 2nd week of March each year?
Please let me know what you can about the status and when shareholders will receive additional info. Hence time for next monitors report.

In response to your email below to Neil Narfason, the financial terms of the sale agreement remain confidential and we are unable to discuss any recoveries to GASFRAC stakeholders at this time.
We will have GASFRAC update its communication to shareholders once the financial terms become public. We expect that to occur in early April.
