You are counting it all lost without waiting for the final accounting. Julian Balkany did not push this direction intending for a total loss.
The results and communication from the company to stakeholders will come early APRIL as mentioned by the monitor in response to my personal email.
Take a Valium and wait approx 1 week+- to get the actual facts.
I for one am waiting on The FAT LADY to sing the closing scene, APRIL 2015 Days of discovery!!!

Wow!! I know many people here have lost 6 figures in matter of months So, little bit of anguish is understandable, but derogatory, crass comments............can't appreciat.

The company released the above to market wire, It is evident that Jim Hill and his cronies screwed all the common share holders. I believe Balkany was deceived prior to buying in. He is OUT $6+Million. Don't believe we will hear anything from him. The whole last year, Jim Hill and The BOD knew much more than was actually reported, ALL were Duped!!!. The evidence of FRAUD will never come out unless Balkany institutes litigation, however, how do you bleed blood out of a BLOODLESS Stone. Don't think Balkany will waste his money or time. I am now personally looking at selling some of my very profitable holdings so I can use the Gasfrac Capital loss to offset my profits. AS Follows:However, it is anticipated that the holders of common shares of the Corporation will not receive any distribution as a result of the completion of the Sale Transaction or under the Plan. The BOD that were removed and replaced by Balkany have the liability. Will anyone go after them? I am moving on, unless Balkany files SUIT, which I do not believe will happen!!! It is over. Today, there are new posts to the Monitor's website. Please see the 7th Report, page 6, paragraph 20. I am not surprised given the poor treatment of the shareholders throughout this process. In 4 months plus only one so called Investors' Update But I remain disappointed. I have not yet read the other postings which include a new affidavit and other court filings.

Yes, according to the monitor's report it is apparently over. I have been a stock market investor for over 30 years. This is by far the worst experience I have had in the market. It is hard to understand how so much investor money could have been squandered by the people who were directly responsible for the management of this company. This company should have been and could have been a very successful business. There needs to be some accountability here -- somehow--someway. It will be a sad day for holders of common shares if the court approves the plan. Shareholders have been completely left out of the process and that is wrong. It is my hope that the court will not approve the plan and at some point the people that are responsible for this shareholder disaster will be held accountable. The only winner here is Calfrac and Step. My original hope was that shareholders would receive a small piece of the restructured company. Apparently that will not happen.

The only remedy here is a class action lawsuit. Unless attorneys can find adequate compensation to pursue a class action suit it will not happen. Shareholder options at this point are zero. If the court does not approve the "Plan" then remaining assets will be liquidated and shareholders still receive nothing. Class
action lawsuit may happen at that point.

Was there an opportunity for shareholders to submit comments to the court on the plan ? Is that why we were kept in the dark ? to prevent us from being represented before the court ruling on the plan ?? Should we have joined forces before as shareholders to object ? Can we still do so now ? I have a very limited knowledge on these matters, and am relying on those of you that are more savvy to help the rest of us out here..please !
