Done deal. STEP is getting ready to move everything from floresville to red deer and in turn bring a coil fleet to floresville yard. in the US, STEP has coil management in place ready to start ops mid august. Ex GasFrac Employees now have to vote/petition in the courts to receive severance from GasFrac.

How can we find out what the total deal was and if their were other offers and what they were. I assume that Julian Balkney was instrumental in decision. It would be an understatement if I could understand his decision and him walking away with nothing. Can anyone provide telephone # or e-mail of moderator or whoever was in charge. Their has to be some final written legal accounting forms. |
